Concierge Educational Consulting
Some families need more than support for a single meeting, decision, or academic concern. Concierge Educational Consulting brings parent coaching, educational support planning, and academic intervention together into one coordinated service designed around your child and family.
Rather than treating each concern separately, we look at the whole educational picture: how your child is doing, what the school is seeing, what the data show, and what you are experiencing at home. As needs change, we adjust the plan so parents, schools, specialists, and intervention work toward the same goals.
What to Expect
Parent Coaching
Parenting a child with unique abilities can be deeply rewarding, but it can also ask more of you than others may see or understand. You may find yourself worrying about the future, questioning whether you are making the right decisions, feeling frustrated after another difficult school conversation, or simply wondering if you are doing enough. Parent coaching gives you a place to talk about your experience while building the skills and confidence to better understand, support, and advocate for your child.
Continuous Educational Support Planning
Every two to four weeks, we review progress, student work, school platforms, assessment data, and intervention records to identify patterns, concerns, and next steps. We provide monthly school consultation and, when appropriate, coordinate recommendations across teachers, neuropsychologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physicians, and other interventionists. This allows the family's support plan to evolve as the child's needs change.
Academic Intervention
The concierge model also includes three academic intervention sessions each week. Intervention is individualized and informed by the child's evaluation, classroom performance, current data, and educational plan. Instruction is adjusted over time so that direct intervention, school-based supports, and outside recommendations remain connected rather than operating as separate pieces.
An Evolving Plan
The result is a fully coordinated, customized service that supports the parent, monitors the whole educational picture, and provides direct academic intervention. Nothing exists in isolation; each piece informs the next so your child's support remains intentional, responsive, and aligned.
